This is the most detailed form of inspection and report which can be targeted to a client's particular concerns. It breaks down each element of the building into three sections: 'Description - Condition - Recommendation' and includes colour photographs to highlight features and/or defects to which references have been made within the report.
Whilst a Building Survey is suitable for all property types we are reluctant to undertake such inspections on flats. The report aims to give a clear picture of the property but this is difficult where large areas i.e. other parts of the building/development are not accessible.
Although the report would not normally include either an opinion of Open Market value or a Buildings Insurance valuation both can be included if so required.
