Choosing the right survey for the property type, its age and your purpose is important.

Each type of inspection can be adapted to meet your particular requirements. For this reason we find it helpful to have a full discussion before accepting any instructions in order to be satisfied that what is being offered is right for you.

Any inspection carried out on the property for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage is very limited in its coverage and is designed simply to confirm to the Lender that the property in question is suitable for security. Reliance on this type of inspection is not recommended.

Opting for a private Building Survey or RICS Home Survey Level 2 Inspections gives you the opportunity of employing a surveyor of your choice and one with whom you can have direct contact.
