Expert Witness Reports

Edwards Surveyors is able to act either as Expert Witness or as a Single Joint Expert to prepare CPR complaint reports in relation to a variety of valuation disputes (matrimonial disputes, secured lending issues etc.) and also pre-purchase survey reports.

Peter Stott BSC FRICS, a member of the Expert Surveyors Group, has a wealth of experience and is regularly appointed as an Expert Witness to work alongside solicitors and Counsel to prepare such reports.
